Maternity Services
At Western Medical Center Santa Ana it is a joy to be part of a special day for families in our maternity services units. With over 3,000 deliveries a year, we are committed to making your stay with us a pleasant one. We have staff that is highly qualified Labor and Delivery nurses ready to make your experience a memorable one. Our labor rooms are all private and calming for your birthing experience. We also have highly qualified Postpartum nurses to assist you once you have given birth. Your baby is able to stay with you in our post partum room and we encourage rooming-in so that you and your baby can get to know each other. Our rooming-in program allows your nurse to care for the both of you by working together with you and your new baby. To make this a whole family event, we encourage Fathers and siblings to visit as much as they like.
For those who are interested, we have a Pre-natal Testing Center offered to our patients before the birthing process. Our center is over-seen by a Perinatologist to ensure that you receive the best outcomes for you and your baby.
