Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit
At Western Medical Center Santa Ana, we care for our little patients, we offer acute intensive pediatric care services for children of all ages. Whether a child is scheduled for surgery or needs intensive care, we can help. We have intensive care units for newborns and children.
Family:
We know how important families are to little ones, that's why we take a family-centered care approach and encourage active involvement of parents and siblings whenever possible. We also have a full-time child-life therapist on staff to help our little patients and their siblings adjust to some big changes in their lives. The therapist involves the children in play therapy and diversional activities through out their stay in Western Medical Center Santa Ana.
