Western Medical Center Santa Ana is an acute care hospital designated as a Level II trauma center and centrally located in the heart of Orange County. We offer you and your family a wide range of services from neurology, cardiology, trauma, emergency, burn services, rehabilitative care, to programs for seniors, women, and children.

Western Medical Center Santa Ana's progressive heritage dates back to March 5, 1902, when we first opened our doors. For over 100 years, we've dedicated ourselves to meeting the health care needs of our families, friends, and neighbors.

One of the first Orange County trauma centers, we have been providing life-saving care in our community for more than 20 years. We were one of the first hospitals in the county to open a neonatal intensive care unit, helping to ensure high-level care for sick newborns. We were also among the first in Orange County to perform laparoscopic donor nephrectomy, for kidney transplants, a kidney surgical technique that makes donating an organ easier.
